About Viva la Musica

Join the fiesta at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay for Viva la Música each Sunday from April 15 through May 6. Viva la Música also features food, drink and fun for the entire family. This event blends live performances from award-winning Latin artists with popular, regional Latin cuisine and authentic arts and crafts. The festival begins at 12 p.m. 

Concerts include Victor Manuelle (April 15), Grupo Mania (April 22), Dyland & Lenny (April 29) and Jerry Rivera (May 6). Concerts begin at 3 p.m. on Gwazi Field.

Pick up a 2012 Busch Gardens Tampa Bay & SeaWorld Orlando Fun Card to enjoy Viva la Música at both parks. Check out the lineup at Viva la Música at SeaWorld Orlando.

Viva la Música is included with any daily admission, Fun Card or Annual Pass to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.

Pick up a 2012 Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and SeaWorld Orlando Fun Card to enjoy all of Viva la Música along with admission to each park throughout 2012. Viva la Música at SeaWorld Orlando features live music by Elvis Crespo, Grupo Niche, RKM Y KEN-Y and Gilberto Santa Rosa.

The Columbia

Family owned for over 107 years, The Columbia in Tampa’s Historic Ybor City is Florida’s oldest restaurant. This award-winning restaurant features Spanish / Cuban Cuisine, an internationally-acclaimed wine list and flamenco dance performances nightly (except Sunday). 

The chefs From The Columbia will be serving up the following specialties:

Crujiente lechuga con Juliana de jamón, queso suizo natural, tomate, aceitunas, queso Romano rallado, y nuestro aderezo de ajo famoso (casi un siglo de antigüedad familiar; receta de ajo fresco, orégano, vinagre de vino y aceite de oliva español)

The traditional dish from Valencia, Spain. Boneless chicken baked with Valencia rice, smoked ham, artichokehearts, green peppers, Spanish onions, tomatoes, white wine and virgin olive oil. Topped with green peas, pimentos and white asparagus.

La Teresita

The Capdevila family founded La Teresita Restaurant in 1972. For over 40 years, La Teresita has become a major landmark in the Tampa Bay area, known for its authentic Cuban Spanish dishes and great prices. The restaurant has turned many Tampa locals into loyal regulars. La Teresita will be serving the following specialties:

Filete Salteado Pollo y arroz amarillo
Cortes de lomo a la plancha mezclado con cebollas asadas, pimientos y patatas Servido con arroz amarillo, frijoles negros y plátanos.

Grilled filet cuts mixed in with grilled onions, peppers and potatoes. Served with yellow rice, black beans and platanos.
Nuestro tradicional pollo condimentado con arroz amarillo, frijoles negros y plátanos.

*Meal Certificate is valid at all Viva la Música food locations, for one platter and one non-alcoholic beverage, and at all park dining locations (except Crown Colony Restaurant) for any entrée and any one item from a selection of side salads, side dishes or deserts and a regular-sized non-alcoholic beverage.
