Pet Kennel

Our newly remodeled kennel is climate controlled so your pet will remain comfortable all day and is available from park opening to closing on regular operating days.

• Pet Kennel is located in the England parking lot at Busch Gardens Williamsburg.
• A bowl of water will be provided. Pet owners may bring their own bowl if desired.
• Food and food bowls are not provided.
• Guests must walk their pet in the surrounding area outside the Pet Kennel. We ask that guests pick up after their pet. Clean-up supplies will be provided.
• Please visit your pet often during their visit at the park for companionship, walking and feeding.
• Pets must be leashed while not in Pet Kennel.
• Our attendants are instructed to avoid physical contact with visiting pets but will check pets for signs or distress and will contact the pet owner if there is a concern. Pet owners must have an operational cell phone on their person at all times while visiting the park.

Cancellations: Reservations must be cancelled or rebooked a minimum of one day prior the scheduled visit or total payment will be forfeited.

Private Cabana Rental

Stay cool and relax when you reserve a cabana and enjoy exclusive use for your entire day for up to (4) people. Situated in the Wild Reserve next to Lorikeet Glen, each cabana includes seating for four, lockable storage for personal belongings, (4) Quick Queue passes, a refrigerator, (8) bottles of water or soft drinks and a complimentary photo.

Traveling with tiny tots? Check out our roomy Strollers with retractable sunshades and secure safety strap. Stroller has room for two toddlers but is not appropriate for infants. Lighten your load with a convenient Stroller!

Standing Electric Convenience Vehicles Rental

Our Standing Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) allow guests to navigate the park effortlessly while in a standing position. Four-wheel standing ECVs are available for guests with mobility limitations. Personal two-wheeled vehicles, such as Segways, are not permitted.
