Celebrity Chef Virginia Willis Returns to Busch Gardens® This Weekend
WILLIAMSBURG (JUNE 10, 2013) –Virginia Willis, celebrity chef, food writer and acclaimed cookbook author assisted Busch Gardens with kicking off the park’s first-ever Food & Wine Festival earlier this month. This all-new event highlights superb foods, wines and other refreshments from around the world not usually found at Busch Gardens.
Chef Willis is returning to Busch Gardens Saturday and Sunday to host Cooking Live! an interactive cooking show and The Chef’s Guests™ - a reservation required enhanced experience. Cooking Live! is one of several complimentary shows the park has added as a part of the Busch Gardens Food & Wine Festival. Chef Willis is also hosting The Chef’s Guests, an intimate dining experience. Food enthusiasts have the opportunity to learn techniques and tips from Chef Willis while sampling some of her delicious dishes. The Chef’s Guest presentation is available for purchase for $19 per person in the park and online.
The Busch Gardens Food & Wine festival is Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays now through June 23. Admission to the festival is included with park admission.
