Did you lose a personal item while visiting SeaWorld® Orlando? Submit a claim utilizing the form below. Highly valuable items (such as wallets, purses, prescription glasses and cameras) are held for 30 days. Items of lesser value (such as sunglasses, hats, toys, and clothes) are held for 14 days. A thorough search will be conducted to retrieve your lost item and we recommend that you provide a detailed, accurate description for the lost item. You will be notified via email/and or mail if your item is located.
Located items will be returned via standard ground to the physical address provided on the form. If you prefer to pick up the item at the park, please indicate that preference in the form's description field and DO NOT provide a physical address. SeaWorld Orlando does not insure or request delivery confirmations when shipping items and is not responsible for damage to items at the park or during shipping.
