All shows, exhibits and rides are included with park admission. Food, dining experiences, merchandise, Behind-the-Scenes guided tours and animal interactions are optional and an additional cost.

US Bank ATMs are located throughout the park. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted at all ticket booths, restaurants and gift shops with proper identification. Personal checks are not accepted.
Busch Gardens is a family destination, and requires that guests wear appropriate clothing while in the park. Shirts, skirts or pants (including jeans or shorts) and shoes must be worn at all times. Costumes are not permitted in the park.
Busch Gardens is open 365 days a year. For the safety of our guests, attractions require improvements and general maintenance. Plan ahead by reviewing the improvements and maintenance schedule.

Mears Destination Services offers round trip motor coach transportation from several convenient Orlando area locations to Busch Gardens.
Transportation is complimentary with any purchased Busch Gardens admission ticket. Reservations are highly recommended, due to demand.
Number of stops for each shuttle are not determined until day of trip. Your shuttle could potentially have a maximum of 3 stops on the route. For additional information, including pickup time and locations, please call 1-800-221-1339 or visit Mears Destination Services.
Restaurants and concession stands are conveniently located throughout the park. Hard and soft coolers, glass containers, food such as sandwiches, meals, snacks etc., and flavored drinks may not be taken into the park. Water bottles may be taken into the park. Outside food and drinks are not allowed in Busch Gardens. Guests with special dietary needs, please contact Guest Relations.
Busch Gardens remains open during inclement weather, although some of the parks outdoor shows, rides and attractions may be temporarily affected. Refunds and rain checks will not be issued due to inclement weather.
The Guest Relations Information Center is located just inside the park to the left of the Main Entrance. Representatives can assist you with the following:
- Visitor information (hotels, campsites, points of interest)
- Information for guests with disabilities
- Show information for the hearing impaired
- Travel assistance
- General park information and assistance
- Foreign currency exchange
- Ticket and pass upgrades
- Behind-the-Scenes guided tours
On-site kennels are located at the front of the main parking lot across from the first tram stop. The air-conditioned facility is staffed from park open until park close, and the cost is $10.00 per day ($9.00 for Pass Members, excluding Fun Card holders). Park guests are required to bring pet food and to walk their pets during the day. You may bring a blanket for the pet's comfort, and a current shot record and rabies tag is required.
All-day lockers are located adjacent to the Reservation Center in the first gift shop to the right of the main entrance for $11.00. Stop by to check availability. Single-use lockers also available at the exit turnstiles in the Main Gate Plaza and at all major attractions, for the price of $0.50.
Visit Security located in the Moroccan Village to report lost children and lost and found items. Busch Gardens is not responsible for lost, missing or stolen personal property.
With any Lost & Found inquiries, please email BGA.firstname.lastname@example.org. Include any relevant information on the item that was lost, and the date which you visited the park and a representative from Security will correspond with you via email.
Reprints will be issued at any ticket window. Adults must present valid government-issued photo identification in order to receive their reprinted passports. A $5 replacement fee will be assessed for lost or stolen passes.
Review the park hours and showtimes page for more detailed information. Opening and closing times vary by season. Hours are extended during holiday periods and summer evenings (May through Labor Day). Operating hours for rides vary from normal park operating hours.
Nearly 5,000 spaces are available for vehicles.

Preferred parking is subject to availability. Tour buses may park for free.
Some Rides are restricted to guest participation by height, age, size and physical condition. Rides restrictions are posted at each ride, and all guests including those using wheelchairs must meet the requirements. Please see a team member at the ride if you have any questions.
Busch Gardens has increased security procedures, which may result in slight delays while entering the park. As a part of this process:
- All bags, backpacks and packages are subject to inspection prior to entering the park.
- As a reminder, the following items are not permitted to be brought into Busch Gardens for the safety of our animals and our guests: weapons, knives, any other type of sharp objects, straws, large hard or soft coolers and any hazardous items or materials.
- Please leave any unnecessary articles secured within your vehicle to expedite your entry into the park.
- Busch Gardens is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss of vehicle including articles left within.
SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment® is committed to providing guests a safe and enjoyable experience. Because of different pathway configuration and terrain as well as large crowds that include small children and strollers, we regret that we cannot permit the use of two-wheeled, self-balancing electric vehicles such as Segways. We are pleased to offer other forms of personal transportation, including electric convenience vehicles and standard wheelchairs and we encourage you to contact Guest Relations with any questions you may have.

Busch Gardens is committed to a safe and friendly environment. Therefore we have provided designated smoking stations throughout the park. All indoor areas will remain smoke-free environments. Outdoor smoking stations are designated in guest areas by smoking urns, benches and "Designated Smoking Area" signs, which are situated near most restrooms. These signs are marked on the park maps.
Busch Gardens is committed to providing all guests with a safe and enjoyable experience. Busch Gardens features more than 50 thrilling rides, shows and attractions. There is fun and adventure for the entire family. We make every effort to ensure that all guests can have an enjoyable experience.
Guest Relations: Guest Relations is situated inside the turnstiles on the left hand side as you enter the park. Guests with disabilities are welcome to stop by Guest Relations for any assistance they require.
Parking: Parking for guests with disabilities is available in Lot A near the main entrance on a first-come, first-served basis for guests with a legal parking permit. This parking area is designated by blue-striped parking lanes. All spaces are van-accessible. Vehicles parked in disabled parking without a permit are subject to applicable laws.
Wheelchair & Stroller Rental: Reserve a wheelchair or stroller online. Wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV's) may be rented at Stroller Rental near the front gate of the park in Morocco. Wheelchairs and ECV's are available for a nominal fee on a "first-come, first served" basis to guests with disabilities. Guests may also use their own wheelchairs or single passenger ECV's. Guests using wheelchairs may join any admissions line to enter the park. Use of Segways is not permitted at Busch Gardens.
Restrooms: Companion restroom facilities are situated in the Egypt, Nairobi, Congo, Sesame Street® Safari of Fun™ areas, and First Aid.
First Aid: The main First Aid station is located on the right (west) side of the Dragon Fire Grill restaurant near the Scorpion® roller coaster in Pantopia. Skyride First Aid is located in the Skyride building near the restrooms, directly next to the Edge of Africa entrance. Registered nurses and emergency medical technicians staff our First Aid centers during park hours. Over-the-counter medications are available at select gift shops for purchase. Staff members throughout the park can call for medical assistance if a guest requires assistance.
Service Animals: Service animals are welcome at Busch Gardens. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Safety requirements prevent service animals going on riding rides other than the parking lot trams, Skyride and the Serengeti Express Train. Service animals are the responsibility of the owner and cannot be left unattended. Guests are responsible for behavior control and the cleanup of service animal waste. Busch Gardens staff members are not permitted to care for service animals.
Phones: Public telephones are located throughout the park. TDD phones are located at the Guest Relations Information Center in the Moroccan Village. Use of TDD phones is complimentary.
Show Scripts: Scripts are available at Guest Relations for all of our shows and for the Serengeti Express Train.
Sign-Language Interpreters: A sign-language interpreter may be available for your day at Busch Gardens, with advance notice. Please contact Guest Relations at BGA.GuestInformation@BuschGardens.com to ask about scheduling an interpreter at least two weeks prior to your visit.
Assistive Listening Devices: Assistive Listening Devices are available at most theaters and at Guest Relations. These infrared listening aids amplify the volume of the performance for guests who have difficulty hearing. Please ask employees at these locations for assistance.
Ride Information for Physically Challenged Guests: At Busch Gardens, safety is the only consideration that takes precedence over fun. Thrill rides by their very nature create forces and speeds that may not be acceptable to some people, and may cause injury to some riders with preexisting health conditions.
In general, all riders must be in good health. Those who have had recent surgery, expectant mothers, those with high blood pressure, heart conditions, neck or back problems and those with any impairment or condition that would prevent normal seating or use of safety restraints as provided, should not board.
Riders must be able to remain sitting up straight, keep their head erect, their back and shoulders against the seat back and their hands, arms, legs and feet down and inside the ride at all times. Each ride has its own restriction sign at the ride entrance. Please review these closely.
Visually Impaired Guests: Those guests with visual impairments must have someone (a companion or park team member) read the ride restrictions to them prior to boarding.
Casts and Limb Braces: Guests with casts or limb braces will be restricted from riding certain rides where the cast or brace may present a hazard to the guest or others. Please consult with our Guest Relations representative for more information or if in doubt about your ability to safely experience a ride.
Guests with hard casts cannot ride Kumba, Montu or SheiKra.
Ride Accessibility: At Busch Gardens, safety is the only consideration that takes precedence over fun. Guests who have physical conditions that would prevent normal seating or use of the safety restraints should not board the following rides:
Guests with limited physical ability should be able to continuously grasp lap bars and/or railings, maintain themselves independently in an upright position and be able to absorb sudden and dramatic movements on the attractions listed above.
During the evacuation of any ride, ambulatory guests may be removed before those guests requiring assistance. Guests accept any additional risk associated with an emergency evacuation.

Except when participating in an event intended for young guests such as our Adventure Camps, sleepovers, birthday parties and educational programs, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment® suggests that visitors 13 and younger be accompanied by an adult.

Kiosk-Ready Tickets: 1-year, 2-year and Platinum Passes sold online (paid in full) are Quick Ticket or "Kiosk Ready" eTickets. They can be redeemed at any one of our fast and easy self-service Ticket Kiosks. Ticket Kiosks are also available for purchasing tickets and passports with a credit card. Ticket Kiosks cannot redeem EZ Pay Passes, discounts or coupons.
Turnstile-Ready Tickets: Single-day (excluding Group), two-day and vacation package tickets that are bought online are all "Turnstile Ready" eTickets that may be taken directly to the park entrance turnstiles for admission. There is no need to wait in a ticket line.
