A: EZpay is a simple, convenient monthly payment program designed to make pass membership fit easily into your budget.
Q: How does your EZPay Price Lock Guarantee work? Does this mean I can keep my monthly rate even if the Pass prices go up next year?
A: Our EZpay Price Lock Guarantee is a great deal, and another way of rewarding our loyal Pass Members. Once your initial EZPay contract term is complete, we'll guarantee that your current monthly rate will stay fixed for up to sixty months (5 years) for as long as you keep your Pass active and in good standing - even if Pass prices go up. In fact, you can keep it locked for up to sixty months (5 years), and still cancel any time after your initial EZpay contract term is complete.
Q: Are there any finance charges or fees connected to EZpay?
A: None at all. We want our Pass memberships to be affordable for everyone, so we refuse to charge interest or finance fees.
Q: How do I purchase a Pass Membership using EZpay?
A: The quickest and easiest way to purchase a Pass Membership is online at www.buschgardens.com or at any Busch Gardens or Water Country ticket window during normal operating hours. You can also call (800) 343-7946 daily between 8 A.M. and 8 P.M. EST.
Q: When will my EZpay monthly charges begin?
A: Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase, so you should see account activity right away.
Q: Is my monthly EZpay charge always the same amount?
A: It should stay the same throughout your initial membership period. If it changes without notice, call and let us know at (800) 343-7946 or visit Guest Relations at the park.
Q: Can I pay off my initial term of commitment early?
A: Yes, just call us at (800) 343-7946 or visit Guest Relations at the park.
Q: Can I make changes to my membership after signing up for EZpay?
A: Yes. The pass member who is the responsible party (designated credit card holder on the account) will need to register at bgwpass.com. Once registered, you will use your login, barcode and password to access the EZpay Self Service site where you make the following changes:
- Change contact information
- Update credit card information
- Make a past due payment
- Change the bill date
- Make advance payments
Q: I just signed up for EZpay membership. Can I upgrade my Pass to add one or more parks?
A: Yes, just visit the Guest Relations at your home park or call (800) 343-7946. When you add one or more parks, a new membership card will be issued and you will begin a new commitment term as of the date you make the change. We’ll adjust your pricing according to the product you choose to upgrade to.
Q: I just signed up for Platinum Pass using EZpay. Can I switch to a 1 or 2-Park Pass instead?
A: Sorry. Exchanging to a product of lesser value before your original commitment term has ended isn’t allowed.
Q: Can I add additional members to my EZpay account?
A: Yes. You can add additional members to your account at any time and your monthly payment will be adjusted accordingly.
Q: Can I remove members from my EZpay account?
A: Yes. You can remove members but only once that member has met the initial commitment term.
Q: Do I need to renew my EZpay account once my initial term of membership concludes?
A: When your initial term ends, we’ll automatically renew your Pass on a month-to-month basis with a new expiration date. You can cancel anytime you’d like after that initial term ends, but with EZpay, you’ll never have to worry about your membership expiring. Please note that there is the possibility of your rate increasing after your initial term of membership ends.
Q: What if I need to change credit cards or if my credit card is lost or stolen?
A: Contact us right away. You can change the credit card number on your account at any time by calling (800) 343-7946. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. I received a notice that my EZpay account has been suspended.
Q: What should I do?
A: Call (800) 343-7946 or visit Guest Relations at your home park for an explanation of your current account status and information on how to reactivate your account.
Q: May I cancel my EZpay account before my commitment term ends?
A: Members may not cancel during their initial term of membership.
Q: Is my Pass Membership transferable?
A: Pass Memberships are not transferable.
