WHAT: Swift Water Rescue Training

DATE:  Wednesday, July 16
                      6 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Swift Water Rescue Training

Swift Water Training started at Busch Gardens’ Congo River Rapids in 1989. Given the nature of water rescue, the Congo River Rapids simulate situations that are encountered by the Emergency Services Team. Guardsmen receive training in negotiating the hazards posed by swift water and mastering self-rescue techniques.
