The sounds of Christmas are re-interpreted by authentic Polynesian instruments to create a celebration of the season that's both familiar and new, innovative and yet as old as the cultures of the islands themselves. The thrilling fire dance lights up the night, traditional costuming sparks the imagination, while a feast fit for a king tantalizes the senses. A festive experience for the whole family, the Makahiki Christmas Luau is a warm and moving celebration of Culture and community as seen through the traditions of the Pacific Island.
