Pass members receive unlimited admission to the park on regular operating days, free general parking, 20% off food and merchandise in the park, and online coupons, including reduced admission for family and friends. Click here for the latest updates and savings.

Children two years old and younger receive free admission to SeaWorld San Antonio. A guest does not need an Annual Pass until turning three years old. Once your child is three years old, the price would be the same as the other passes. If your two-year old is going to turn three during the 2012 season, we recommend buying the pass early in the season, as it is usually more expensive later in the season.

Guests can upgrade from a one-day ticket or a two-day ticket to an Annual Pass or Fun Card on the day of their visit. They must take their receipt, hard ticket or E-ticket (receipt preferred) to the Guest Services Window to upgrade from a one-day ticket or two-day ticket to a Fun Card, 1 Year, or Platinum (two-year) Pass on the day of their visit before leaving the park.

EZpay is a simple monthly payment program designed to increase the affordability of pass membership for individuals and families. EZpay is an interest-free, monthly payment.

Upon signing up for EZpay, you will be responsible for a $24.99 down payment. Your credit card is automatically billed every month thereafter for 11 or 23 months, depending on your purchase of a 1 Year or Platinum Pass.

An eTicket lets you purchase and print tickets from the convenience of home; meaning no extra charge for shipping and no time spent waiting for tickets to arrive in the mail. Plus, if you lose your eTicket, all you have to do is print another copy.

You can have your tickets printed for you at Guest Services. You will need the credit card you used to order the tickets, I.D. and your order confirmation number.

If your passes were forgotten, please proceed to Guest Services at the front of the park. Lost passes are replaced free of charge the first time. There is a nominal processing fee for all other replacements. Pass member must show photo I.D.

Senior citizens receive a $3 discount on a one-day admission ticket. If you are a member of AARP you receive a $5 discount on a one-day admission ticket and during Tuesdays in June and July only, AARP members receive $8 off a one-day admission ticket.

Yes. Please visit any ticket booth or Guest Services with your AAA card to receive your $3 discount on a one-day admission ticket.

We offer regular parking (all vehicles) for $15.00, Shamu’s Preferred Parking is available for an additional nominal fee (limited availability).

SeaWorld San Antonio has a strict food and beverage policy as to what may or may not enter the park. Below is a list of what is, or is not allowed under the food and beverage policy. If at any time you have a question about items, please speak to a supervisor or Guest Services.

IS ALLOWED:

• Small ice chests of six-pack size or smaller (one per family)
• Special dietary food, diabetic, health related or dietary needs. These types of specialty foods may enter the park with park management approval
• Baby food, bottles, jars and other baby items
• Fountain drinks, single serve drinks, refillable mugs (if opened prior to turnstile)
• Reasonable quantity of bottled drinking water. Juice boxes (straws must be disposed of)
• Single servings of snacks

IS NOT ALLOWED:

• Alcohol is never permitted in through or out of the turnstiles. Any alcohol from outside of SeaWorld must be disposed of prior to entry. Any alcoholic beverage purchased at SeaWorld must be disposed of prior to exiting through the gates.
• Ice chests larger than six-pack size
• Straws and lids
• Bags of fast food items, picnic baskets, sandwiches or loafs of bread (meals)
• Soda, sports drinks or energy drinks (single serving is allowed if open)
• Large servings of snacks

Except when participating in an event intended for young guests such as our SeaWorld Camps, sleepovers, birthday parties and educational programs, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment suggests that visitors 13 and younger be accompanied by an adult.

Pets are not permitted in the park, however, we do have a pet kennel located outside the park.

• Pet kennels are outdoor, unattended, open air and covered.
• There is no charge for the use of the pet kennels.
• Kennels are located off the main guest parking lot (upon entering the parking lot, take either the first or second road to the right; the kennels are located to the far left).
• Guests may wish to bring pet food or snacks and possibly a blanket for comfort.
• We provide bowls and a water hose for you to provide your pet with water.
• We ask that guests periodically check on pets throughout the day. Locks and keys are provided for the kennels.
• Pets are not allowed to stay overnight.

Guests are welcome to bring their own strollers and wheelchairs. A limited number of strollers and wheelchairs are available for a nominal charge. Guests are able to rent strollers and wheelchairs at Lil’ Skippers, located just inside the Main Entrance, or make reservations online, or call (800) 700-7786. There are limited quantities of strollers and wheelchairs and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Outside the Main Entrance across from the Guest Services Window by Main Mast
• Inside the Main Entrance to the left of the Guest Services Window
• Inside Boardwalk Games/Event Center
• Inside the Sea Star Market

Please login. From here you will be able to view your order history. From the order history screen, you will also be able to print out any eTickets or reservation confirmations you may have.

To make any changes to a reservation, please email us at SWTGuestRelations@SeaWorld.com or call us at (800) 700-7786. You can cancel without any fees at least 72 hours prior to your reservation. There will be a non-refundable charge for cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation. You will receive no refund if a cancellation is made the day of or after your arrival date. Unused portions of packages will not be refunded.

To make any changes to a reservation, please email us at SWTGuestRelations@SeaWorld.com or call (800) 700-7786. There is no charge for the first change made to a reservation, as long as it is 72 hours before the reservation date. There will be a non-refundable charge for changes made within 72 hours of the reservation or if more than one change is made.

Guests who leave the park and plan to return must get their hand stamped before they leave the park at the exit gate next to Main Mast gift shop. When guests return to the park they must enter through the Main Entrance with a proper hand stamp or re-entry will not be allowed.

For the safety of the animals, smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only. Please refer to the park map for approved areas.

Shop all you want without carrying your large purchases by using "Package Pick-Up". Your merchandise will be waiting at Lil' Skippers located at the Park's Main Entrance.

Lockers are located just inside the Main Entrance and in the Lost Lagoon waterpark. Please visit our locker reservation window for rental options. SeaWorld also has coin operated lockers outside all of our rides for your convenience. NEW - You may now make your locker reservation online.

SeaWorld San Antonio accepts cash, travelers checks, JCB, credit or debit cards from Mastercard®, Visa®, Discover® and American Express®.

Guests are asked to claim or report lost items at Guest Services, located just inside the Main Entrance. Ride attendants are not responsible for articles left on ride platforms. Please secure all loose articles before boarding rides. SeaWorld San Antonio is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items. Items are kept at Lost and Found for seven days. For information regarding a lost article, please call (800) 700-7786.

Guests adversely affected by severe weather on the day of their visit can redeem their paid admission tickets for a nontransferable, nonrefundable re-admit ticket. The new re-admit ticket is valid for a single-day admission and must be redeemed by the end of the current season. Rain guarantee re-admit tickets are processed on the day of the visit only at the Guest Services near the Main Entrance. If a re-admit ticket for a rain day is issued, the guest must then leave the park for the day. The guarantee does not apply to complimentary tickets or season passes.
