The Count's Spooktacular - Kids' Halloween
Come celebrate silly, not-too-spooky, family fun this fall
This year, we're offering a Halloween event just for kids. Every weekend in October, children 9 and younger are encouraged to come dressed in their best Halloween costume to dance and play with their favorite Sesame Street ® friends Elmo, Cookie Monster and more at The Count’s Spooktacular at Busch Gardens ® Williamsburg. Kid-friendly rides, family activities and trick-or-treating will be offered around the park for kids to celebrate the fall season.
Make sure to stop by our Height Check Stations in England to find out what rides your child can enjoy. You will also receive information about this event, including show times, trick-or-treat locations & more.
This daytime event runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays from October 7 - 29.
Whether a superhero, princess or something created from their own imagination, children 9 years old and younger are encouraged to dress up for this Halloween event.
Parents, if your child’s costume has a mask or prop, we ask for you to kindly leave those at home. Smiling faces always look better in family photos. We offer plenty of options to jazz up your child’s costume with face painting, glow items, and more at the park.
Stop by select kid-friendly shops throughout the park to grab a special treat for your little one.

Kids can meet their favorite furry friends and get a picture taken with them at 1-2-3 Smile with Me! in Sesame Street Forest of Fun.
You won’t want to miss a special show featuring The Count, dance parties for the kids and a parade to end the day for families before the haunts and scares of Howl-O-Scream ® start in the evening.
The parade starts at 4:45 p.m. at Elmo's Castle in Sesame Street Forest of Fun and will make its way to the Globe Theatre in England. Whether your child wishes to participate or watch from the sidelines, it's sure to be a Spooktacular time.
