Greg Butauski


Greg Butauski

Greg Butauski has built an outstanding reputation in the ice sculpting industry both nationally and internationally. From the first time he picked up a chainsaw in college, he knew that ice would be his lifelong passion. After years of hard work and dedication, Greg has earned an impressive list of Competition Awards, including the most recent title, The 2014 Grand Master Champion at the National Ice Sculpting Championships. He has also earned the titles of National Champion, Tour Champion, and World Champion. Greg is the Owner of Rock on Ice company in Sunbury, Ohio.

Dean Murray


Dean Murray

Dean Murray is a chef who specializes in all forms of biodegradable art. He has traveled all over the world creating amazing showpieces made out of ice, snow, sand, pumpkin, cheese, fruits, and vegetables. He earned a spot in the top three at the National Ice Carving Championships and has been featured on the Food Network more than once for his amazing pumpkin carving skills. Dean was invited to carve pumpkins for the
First Family and their guests at the annual Halloween event at the White House in Washington D.C., and was also was commissioned to carve cheese for the
Green Bay Packers. In 2015, he earned the title of World Champion Ice Carver.

Vivian Pham


Vivian Pham

In 2001, Vivian Pham made a birthday cake for a friend, inspiring her to learn the intricate art of cake decorating. In 2011, Vivian placed sixth at the Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show. The following year, she was titled Grand National Champion. Since then, Vivian’s work has been featured in a number of magazines, and she was listed in Dessert Professional as one of the Top 10 Cake Artists of 2013. Vivian has since expanded her talents into the world of food art. Known for her intricacy and attention to detail, she challenges herself by working with new mediums including butter sculpting, bread art, veggie carving, jelly bean art, and food fashion. Vivian will be featured on a new televised competition show this year where she will try body painting for the first time.

Victor Dagatan


Victor Dagatan

Victor Dagatan was born and raised in Paete, Laguna, a town well-known for being the Carving Capital of the Philippines. In 2003, he came to the United States to work as an intern at a hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. Victor now works full-time at the Ritz-Carlton in Buckhead, Georgia as the lead pastry cook. In 2009, he entered and won an ACF-certified Ice Carving Competition. Since then, Victor has won multiple competitions all over the world and holds the three-time winning title of Ice Carving World Champion. He took a Silver medal in the most recent winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, and has won Gold medals in Poland, Canada, and Alaska.

Michelle Boyd


Michelle Boyd

Michelle Boyd, owner of Good Gracious Cakes, has always had a passion for dessert. She has appeared on several television shows on TLC and Food Network, most recently appearing in Duff Till Dawn and Outrageous Wedding Cakes. Michelle’s award-winning cake designs have also been featured in several magazines and blogs, including
Cake Masters Magazine and Cake Wrecks-Sunday Sweets. Michelle was named one of the Top Ten Cake Artists in North America for 2014 by Dessert Professional magazine. She creates elaborate edible showpieces at various events and festivals around the country and teaches classes in sugar mediums in the United States and abroad.

Timbo Sullivan


Timbo Sullivan

Timbo Sullivan is best known for his bold, colorful, and eye-catching style of caking. He takes pride in being able to teach and create edible masterpieces with minimal tools and regular household supplies. Timbo has had cakes featured in multiple cake decorating magazines such as Cake Masters Magazine and CakeCentral® Magazine, and has won a number of awards from cake competitions and contests around the United States. He has been featured on Food Network twice, and was one of the winners of Food Network's
Duff Till Dawn, where he and his partner took home the Golden Whisk.

Mallory Mae

Mallory Mae is an artist from Spring Hill, Florida who has spent most of her life with a pen, pencil, or paintbrush in hand; however, in the last three years she has found happiness trading the traditional tools of art for a piping bag. With an array of royal icing colors at her fingertips, Mallory likes to push the boundaries of cookie art leaving consumers perplexed and questioning whether the edible works should be eaten or displayed in a frame. Mallory has received the prestigious Cake Masters Cookie Award, her work has been in multiple world-wide publications, and she has worked creatively with CBS, TLC, Vogue, and
Stan Lee Foundation. Mallory has shared her talents through teaching classes and decorating at live events all over the United States and Europe.

Sachiko Windbiel

Sachiko Windbiel is the owner of mimicafe Union in New York City, a Cupcake & Cake Topper start-up, where she offers workshops and creates intriguing Fondant Toppers for customers around the world. Sachiko moved from Japan to New York City in 2008 to attend culinary school. She took an internship at a specialty pastry shop, which inspired her to open her own business in 2010. Her accolades include first prize in the
Pastry Section category at the 2013 “That Takes the Cake!” Sugar Arts Show,  
Best of Anniversary Theme Cake prize at the 2013 National Capital Area Cake Show, Grand Prize in the Wedding Cake Category at the 2014 National Capital Area Cake Show and the 2014 Best Cupcakes Award from Cake Masters Magazine (UK).

Sabrina Campbell

Sabrina Campbell is a self-taught cake artist that found her passion for cakes eight years ago. After studying Music and Communications at college, Sabrina found that she wanted to try another artistic outlet. She started Occasionally Cake out of her home in Northern Virginia and the business quickly grew. She opened her first storefront in 2009 and a second location in 2012.  She has won several local competitions and done many local television appearances. After having won the Fairfax Chocolate Lover's Festival three times in a row, she now has the honor of judging the competition each year.

Burton Farnsworth

Burton Farnsworth started his career as a graphic designer, eventually owning a successful business where he designed product packaging for both Star Trek™ and
Star Wars™ movie and TV franchises. His artistic fascination shifted when he started to see what other talented artists were creating with food—specifically cake, sugar, and chocolate. Determined to learn, Burton educated himself in the techniques of cake and sugar art. Soon he was competing against experienced cake decorators from around the country. His work has appeared in American Cake Decorating Magazine, and he has been featured on Food Network Challenge and Sugar Dome. Burton now teaches his unique art form all over the country and is the owner of CakeFX in Fairfax, Virginia.

Mary Carmen del Rio


Mary Carmen del Rio

Chef Mary Carmen del Rio is the owner of Young Chefs Academy and MCG Cake Design in San Antonio, Texas. She was born and raised in Mexico City where she started decorating cakes for her children. After taking all of the Wilton® classes available, she was offered the only scholarship given in Mexico to go to Chicago and take the Master Classes taught by Mr. Wilton himself. Mary Carmen earned her degree at the Culinary Institute of America and now has over 15 years of experience in decorating and designing custom cakes. Mary was a contestant on  Food Network’s Sugar Dome and has been featured in 
American Cake Magazine. One of her greatest accomplishments thus far has been assisting in in the making of Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton's wedding cake.

Marc Evan

Marc Evan

Marc Evan is a Brooklyn-based artist, working in a variety of different mediums and disciplines. His personal works often play with the concept of pareidolia, the ability to see imagery in random shapes, patterns and sounds. He is a lead teaching artist for Groundswell Murals, a non-profit organization geared towards positively changing communities through public art. Marc’s most recent mural for the organization was a
68-foot tall wall overlooking the Cross Bronx Expressway. He has been a contributing artist to Sing For Hope, painting several of their Pop-Up Pianos, which were publicly installed in Central Park, Roosevelt Island, and at Lincoln Center. Marc has also carved a niche as a professional pumpkin carver. In 2008, he founded Maniac Pumpkin Carvers with his childhood friend Chris Soria, a fellow artist. Their impressive client list includes names like BMW, Disney©, Jack Daniels®, American Express®, and Saks Fifth Avenue. In 2012, Marc was teamed with Richard Ruskell and Vinny Garcia on Food Network's
Halloween Wars, taking home the win.
