Spring into fun at Busch Gardens ® in Williamsburg, Virginia starting March 25. Busch Gardens and Water Country USA ® both offer tons of fun for even our youngest guests. Our parks (Water Country USA will open May 20) were designed with kids in mind, where they can meet everyone’s favorite furry friends at Sesame Street ® Forest of Fun , or go big on kid-friendly (or KIDsiderate ®, as we like to say) rides in Land of the Dragons ®. Our KIDsiderate attractions are geared toward families with children ages nine and younger. Visit the height check station in Busch Gardens’ England village area and look for the KIDsiderate "K" logo to know which rides your little ones can enjoy.

Please note that some attractions close during the colder months. Splash areas in our kid-friendly zones will be closed during fall and winter. Also, Land of the Dragons closes during Christmas Town  each year to make way for Santa and his little helpers at Santa’s Workshop.

Many kid-friendly services are located throughout the parks to make it easy for you and your family during your visit, but we hope you will use this site as a planning tool before you go. This is the perfect parent resource guide for a day at either park. Check out information about things to do in the spring, or get tips from our parent panel about what to bring into the parks.
