Our Stroller Rental is conveniently located near the main entrance of the park for any guests that would like or need the ease of mobility. Whether you’re renting a double stroller for the kids or an electric scooter to explore the park, you won’t need to walk far in order to pick up your rental. This shop is located beyond the Main Gate ticket booths on the left-hand side, just past the restrooms. Electronic scooters, strollers, and wheelchairs are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be reserved at least 1 day in advance of the planned visit. Guests are also welcome to use their own and may join any admissions line to enter the park.
At Busch Gardens, safety is the only consideration that takes precedence over fun! Thrill rides, by their very nature, create forces and speeds that may not be acceptable or tolerable to some guests and may cause injury to some riders with known or unknown pre-existing conditions. In general, you should ride only if you are in good health. Guests must be able to demonstrate a willingness and ability to comply with verbal and written rider requirements. The rider requirements and health restrictions are listed at the entrance of each ride. Please refer to our Access Guide about Ride Access Information (page 5) and Ridership Criteria (page 9) for more information.
ATMs are located throughout the park. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and JCB are accepted at all ticket booths, restaurants, and gift shops. We reserve the right to ask for ID when signatures do not match or a card is not signed.
In keeping with the family image of Busch Gardens®, guests must wear appropriate clothing while in the park. Shirts, shoes, and pants must be worn at all times. Clothing with suggestive or explicit language or insulting statements is not allowed. Busch Gardens reserves the right to refuse admission or ask anyone to leave who is not in compliance with these rules.
Can I wear a costume to Busch Gardens?
No, for the safety of our guests and performers, we do not allow costumes in the park any time of the year, but especially not during Howl-O-Scream® and Christmas Town™.
For safety reasons, picture-taking is not permitted on any ride except the Skyride, Busch Gardens Railroad and Rhine River Cruise. Due to the nature and dynamics of all rides and the potential for injury, unsecured cameras or video cameras of any size are not permitted on the rides. To store such equipment, either return them to your vehicle or use the lockers that are available for a nominal fee.
The following conditions must be met for the hands free cameras/camera harnesses to be permitted:
- Must be secured by a 3 point or more harness, over the riders shoulders and around the torso, that is snapped or buckled closed and cannot be detached by bumping.
- The camera must be inside a case that snaps closed tightly and the case is securely attached to the harness with a screw type pen or similar device. Similarly, if the camera alone can be directly and securely attached to the harness with a screw type pen or similar device.
- A Park Operations Manager must approve of the device before it is used.
Guests must be 18 years or older to rent electronic scooters, strollers, and/or wheelchairs. Wheelchair access is provided at all shows and attractions. For safety reasons all strollers must be parked outside of most exhibits and attractions. Busch Gardens® is not responsible for strollers or their contents left unattended in the park. Electronic Scooters, strollers, and wheelchairs are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be reserved at least 1 day in advance of the planned visit. Pass Members are eligible for a discount when booking but must purchase via the Pass Member Website.
Restaurants and concession stands are conveniently located throughout the park. Hard and soft coolers, glass containers, food such as sandwiches, meals, snacks, etc., and flavored drinks may not be taken into the park. Water bottles may be taken into the park. For your convenience, picnic areas are available outside the park adjacent to the entrance/exit plaza. If leaving the park to enjoy your food, please have your hand stamped for re-admittance. Guests with medical diets or baby formula should speak with a park representative for assistance before entering the park.
The Information Center is located just inside the park to the right of the Main Entrance. Team members can assist you with the following:
- Guides for guests with disabilities
- Show information for the hearing impaired
- General park information and assistance
Height requirements are posted at each attraction. Your child may be measured at the height check station located at the Guest Information & Reservation Center in England. All guests, including those using wheelchairs, must meet the height requirement.
Busch Gardens® remains open during inclement weather, although some of the parks outdoor shows, rides and attractions may be temporarily affected. Refunds and rain checks will not be issued due to inclement weather.
Loose articles are not permitted in the ride queue lines or on our major attractions. This includes but are not limited to, bags and purses, cameras, cell phones, hats, keys, and wallets. Items must be safely secured in a sealed pocket, a waist pack, left in a locker or with a non-rider. Busch Gardens is not responsible for lost or damaged articles.
Visit the Lost & Found building located in the England section of the park to report lost and found items. Busch Gardens® is not responsible for lost, missing or stolen personal property. If you have recently visited the park and lost an item please report your lost item here. To help us find and return your item, please include the following information:
- Date and location item was lost or last seen
- Description of item - please be specific in regards to color, brand and any unique features
- If you lost a cell phone please provide serial number, make, model and service provider.
Your contact information – phone number and address
Please tell us if you completed a lost item report before you left the park.
Due to high volume, lost item reports are only kept active for 30 days. A team member will contact you only if your item has been located.
Reprints will be issued at a main ticket window at the front of the park. Adults must present valid government-issued photo identification in order to receive their reprinted passports.
Relax in a quiet space all to yourself and your little one. These rooms are equipped with sinks and offer mothers a comfortable place to sit and nurse. Nursing rooms are available at the Lost Children area of Land of the Dragons®, in Italy (near Marco Polo’s Marketplace), New France and Sesame Street® Forest of Fun™. A private nursing room within the restroom is also available at Das Festhaus®.
Parking is provided directly in front of the main entrance for guests with a valid parking permit. Most space for guests with disabilities are accessible to vans.
Pet care is provided in the England Parking Lot. Pets are not allowed inside the park. Pets will be offered fresh water, but it is the owner's responsibility to bring food and feed their pet.
Guests can pay for kennel services online, at Guest Relations, or when they pay for parking at the toll booth. Pass Members are eligible for a discount at the park or when purchasing via the Pass Member Website in advance.

You’ll notice we have a photo entry system as you enter the park. This process will allow team members to get you inside the park more efficiently, thus shorter wait times and more time for you to enjoy the park. Please be sure to bring a photo ID with you on your next visit. Learn more about our photo entry system.
With Quick Pay Cashless Wristband, you can make purchases all day in the park without fumbling for your wallet. Simply use your credit card or cash at the beginning of your visit to set up a spending account. You’ll be issued waterproof wristbands for the whole family, which can be used to charge purchases throughout the park. Your account will automatically settle at the end of each day. It’s a free, smart and convenient way to enjoy the park without worrying about misplacing your cash or credit cards.
While dining at our restaurants, please be aware that most venues offer cafeteria-style service. Special assistance is available upon request. For guests with special dietary needs, we offer a variety of allergy friendly options throughout our park. You may stop by Guest Services, or any of our meal facilities, to receive an Allergen Card with more detail on our Allergy Friendly program and offerings. When dining, please go straight to the cashier upon arrival and ask to speak with a supervisor to discuss the severity of your allergens and determine a meal that will be safe for you. We also suggest you visit meal facilities during non-peak hours or ahead of meal time so that you can be efficiently assisted and served.
Safety is our highest priority, and we meet or exceed all safety guidelines set forth by state agencies, industry organizations, as well as our ride and slide manufacturers. Each ride has a posted safety warning sign at the entrance, which may be different for each attraction. Guests should review these safety requirements, based on manufacturer guidelines and our park safety protocols.
has increased security procedures, which may result in slight delays while entering the park. As a part of this process:
- All bags, backpacks, and packages are subject to inspection prior to entering the park.
- As a reminder, the following items are not permitted to be brought into Busch Gardens for the safety of our animals and our guests: weapons, knives, any other type of sharp objects, straws, large hard or soft coolers, and any hazardous items or materials.
- Please leave any unnecessary articles secured within your vehicle to expedite your entry into the park.
- Busch Gardens is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss of vehicle including articles left within.
SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment® is committed to providing guests a safe and enjoyable experience. Because of different pathway configuration and terrain as well as large crowds that include small children and strollers, we regret that we cannot permit the use of two-wheeled, self-balancing electric vehicles such as Segways. We are pleased to offer other forms of personal transportation, including electric convenience vehicles, four-wheeled stand up electric convenience vehicle and standard wheelchairs will be provided. We encourage you to contact Guest Services with any questions you may have.
Trained service animals are welcome at Busch Gardens®. However, these animals must remain on a leash or in a harness. Guests are responsible for the cleanup of service animal waste and behavior control and the service animals must be accompanied by their owner or another party member at all times.
Busch Gardens staff members are not permitted to care for service animals.
Busch Gardens® and Water Country USA® are committed to a safe and friendly environment; therefore we have provided designated smoking stations throughout the park. All indoor areas will remain smoke-free environments. Outdoor smoking stations are designated in guest areas by smoking urns, benches, and "designated Smoking Area" signs. These signs are clearly denoted on the park maps.
Except when participating in an event intended for young guests such as our Adventure Camps, sleepovers, birthday parties and educational programs, Busch Gardens® suggests that visitors 13 and younger be accompanied by an adult.
