SeaWorld Up-Close: Grade 3 - Adult

About the Program

Want to know what goes on behind the scenes at SeaWorld®? Visit our zoological support area and Beluga Stadium to learn about animal husbandry, care, conservation, and the basics of animal training. This program is designed to for students in 3rd Grade through Adult.


SeaWorld Up-Close is aligned with National Science Standards and the following Texas Essential Knowledge & Skills:

Sample Itinerary

This program is 2 hours in length. During this visit, you class may experience:

  • Learn about marine animal conservation and training
  • Peek into SeaWorld's® state-of-the-art animal health laboratory facility
  • Learn about animal transportation
  • Handle biofacts
  • Touch stingrays and a shark
